A rainbow in the classroom?
The first part is done when a teacher realizes or remembers the variety of colors the learning process can have in and out of classrooms, what does it mean?, it means that each student develops his/ her own way to learn through his/her life and that also means that as teachers we have to keep it in mind forever and get used into the idea of knowing every single time about that when we start working with students.
One more thing, but not less important, is that teachers are part of the bunch of colors so in this task knowlege should start with us.
Yes - your color is a great way for you to realize how you prefer to organize and interact with people and your students. And it also helps you cope with students and colleagues who may approach activities / issues from a very different perspective.
