Technology share
Once teachers discover or learn something is transcendental they start taking that knoledge into practice but the most important is to share with others (either teachers or students) in order to expand as much as possible the benefits that this process has. In my country sometimes this doesn´t happen firstly beacause some people think the most they share the most they lose; thanks to the experience in Arkansas the thing I am learning so strongly is the most you know, the most you have to share and because of that the most you are going to continue learning, also the most you share the most thing around you are going to improve.
Nowadays new technologies force teachers to use different resources and share in different ways, technologies and ways many teachers disown.

When working on writing...
The idea of developing our students´skills when working with the English language seems that motivation continues taking an important role and it is also setting appopiate goals to do so.
In today´s class I figured out that working with teachers from other areas could let my students to develop writing skills fastly and properly.
Remember about achievable goals is part of the students´success, make them feeling comfortable and giving them assessment in a variety of manners are things I am thinking about.

Teaching Grammar
Grammar could seem boring, tiring and even difficult for some teachers to teach and for some students to learn but there are some things to consider before deciding how to teach about it; firstly we need to focus on what is necessary for our students to learn, secondly we have to decide if our students will be able to comprehend that and finally we have to take into account the variety on learning styles and materials we have to teach it properly.

Observing teachers at UPTW
Class observations let us not just to see a teacher when creating the right environment to guide the students into the learning process, this great experience allow us to reflect about our daily practice, techniques, strategies, values, materials and beliefs as teachers, also we get the chance to learn and enrich those behaving ways to communicate with our students effectively.
The most interesting fact that I got in touch with was the way a teacher managed to lead with a multicultural class, although I got the experience of observing from my job, the idea of working with students from different countries around the world sounds just amazing for me.

12 Principles of Language Learning
When teaching/ learning a language it is necessary to consider the processes that it involves.
Dr. H. Douglas Brown in his book "Teaching by principles" let us know about what he calls 12 principles which we as teachers can take into consideration to set the learning process and to focus in what we consider it should bedone to achieve our students' goals.
Basically the author focuses on how we think about the language, how do we feel about it and how it is including its system. Just to kkep them in mind I mention the principles: automacity, meaningful learning, anticipation of reward, intrinsic motivation, strategic investment, autonomy, language ego, willingness to communicate, language-culture connection, native langugage effect, interlanguage and communicative competence. It was really interesting to figured out where and how every principle takes place during the learning process; personally, I would say we have to do what we can to enhance each benefit from them.

A rainbow in the classroom?
The first part is done when a teacher realizes or remembers the variety of colors the learning process can have in and out of classrooms, what does it mean?, it means that each student develops his/ her own way to learn through his/her life and that also means that as teachers we have to keep it in mind forever and get used into the idea of knowing every single time about that when we start working with students.
One more thing, but not less important, is that teachers are part of the bunch of colors so in this task knowlege should start with us.
